I’ve had spells of living alone, living with family and living with a partner. So I can get why not everyone loves living alone, but at this time in my life, I’m finding it to be the most peaceful and rewarding way to live.
Over the years I’ve built a daily routine that I enjoy, sets me up well for the day and winds me down well for the night and keeps me productive and on top of whatever I need to get done.
Some hear “slow living” and think: lazy, boring, wasting your life. Which could not be further from the truth. It’s about spending your energy on things that enrich you. Busy, without burnout.
